Mindful Flow to Yin

A one-hour class designed to help you arrive, move and restore.
A space for everyone . These classes welcome men and women.
Our time together begins with a short guided meditation. Moving our focus from the external world, switching off from the day and tuning into our internal landscape.
We transition into gentle vinyasa flow, moving with the breath. Weaving in Pranayama, breathing practices that expand and direct the life force energy (Prana) of the breath. Awakening a deeper connection within.
Gradually we soften, slowing into yin: longer held poses that invite the nervous system to settle, the mind to quieten and the body to simply rest.
Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, each cycle of classes is woven around the five elements and their corresponding meridian lines, aligned to the rhythm of the seasons.
We close in Savasana. Not just rest, but integration. Time for your body and nervous system to fully receive the practice.
No experience necessary.
No pressure to be anywhere other than exactly where you are. This is a space that is warm, welcoming and intentionally held.

Private yoga for women that meets you exactly where you are: in your body, in this season of your life.
Sometimes a group class isn't the right fit and that's completely okay. Maybe you're recovering from injury or illness, rebuilding confidence after a long break, navigating a health condition, or simply ready for something that's shaped entirely around you.
We begin with a free 20-minute call so I can get to know you, understand what you're looking for and make sure we're a good fit. At the start of each session we check in briefly to see how you're feeling and whether anything has shifted since we last spoke. From there, the session is built entirely around you: your pace, your needs, your body that day.
Sessions are one hour and available in person in Chesterfield, at your home, or online.

Retreat Days
I hold seasonal retreat days for women, full days woven with yoga, breathwork, embodiment and nourishment. Each one is different, shaped by the season and what feels most alive in that moment. Some days include sound journeys. Some are led by the breath. All of them are held with intention and care.

WORTH, Women on the road to healing: closed group
This is a charity that has totally captured my heart and I’ve been working with them for over a year. The charity provides long-term support and after care for the women of Derbyshire who have experienced a life of domestic abuse. WORTH offers a range of wellbeing groups which help rebuild confidence and self-esteem and give women the tools they need to move on in life.
